Diane was preparing to celebrate her 25th Sliver wedding anniversary. As she sat before the mirror and prepared to put on her makeup, Diane knew in her heart that she had made the right decision. The doctor transformed the model into a desired result for Diane and recorded all the steps into her records so that the same steps could then be accurately repeated on her teeth. A diagnostic wax up of the prepared teeth on the model gave Diane a perspective on how her teeth will ultimately look. The dentist presented Diane with a customized treatment plan consultation in the form of a personalized dental movie recorded on DVD. This summarized her diagnosis and treatment needs. This Patient Movie included the photographs taken during her previous visit, now organized into a movie complete with narration. Diane was able to bring this dental movie home to her husband, which allowed him to understand all the important information that had been discussed.
